Dolphin Cove--layout share

We received another great box of supplies this month from Jill over at  Memorable Seasons to use on our design team projects! It had lots of neutral colors for the papers and lots of awesome embellishments. I loved the pop of color the embellishments brought to the kit! Here's all the supplies and the links to them in the store:
Bazzill cardstock: Swiss Dot (Red and Black)
Bazzill Scallop Circle cardstock: Cream Puff
Bazzill Mini Scallop Square cardstock: Brown
Graphic 45 staples: Chipboard Buttons
Graphic 45 staples: Envelope Tags
Maya Road chipboard pieces: Sew Cute
My Minds Eye So Sophie die cut paper (this paper is even double sided)
Jenni Bowlin calendar cards: Black & Red
May Arts Crochet ribbon: Cream
My Minds Eye journaling cards
Maya Road Country Home flowers: Green & Brown
Webster's Pages Bloomers: Turquoise
Basic Grey Mini Monogram Stickers: Olivia
American Craft White textured cardstock (8.5 x 11)

Here's one of the layouts I created with this kit:

I love the textured dot paper and this comes in so many pretty colors. I loved the pop the red gave to these photos, so I used it as my base. I cut the printed circle die cut paper in half so I could use it on multiple projects. And I lined up my similar photos to the left of the scallop circle. My title was added with the micro monogram stickers...those tiny stickers are SOOO cool! I loved being able to spell out words without them being so large on my layout. I also used them to add the date at the top. And these turquoise flowers are so pretty on the layout. I cut one off the roll to use by itself and added two of the country flowers to accent it. I love how they work to accent my title.
For my journaling, I just hand wrote it on the scallop paper over the printed area. I like how it's not too obvious, but you can still read the words and see the pattern too. Definitely a quick and easy layout!

*Products I received as design team member. All other supplies were purchased by me.

We enjoyed Dolphin Cove too. I do like how the red makes everything pop.
